Refund Request Guidelines
Refunds can be requested exclusively prior to the delivery of the products or services you’ve purchased. Refunds are available in the form of credit towards future purchases. In exceptional cases, if The Company determines that an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, cash refunds may be granted. Please note that once a product or service has been successfully delivered, refunds will not be granted under any circumstances.
If you believe the delivery of your products or services was not properly completed by The Company, notify us immediately through our Live Support system or by emailing grindswap@gmail.com. We will investigate your claim and respond as soon as possible.
Important Note: Filing a dispute with your cardholder, bank, payment processor, or other third parties regarding an order on GrindSwap.com is a violation of our terms of service. These third parties do not have the necessary tools to mediate disputes for in-game accounts or services.
Accounts & Services Terms
Accounts: Accounts sold on Grindswap.com are guaranteed secure from recovery. Once you take ownership, it is your responsibility to follow in-game rules and accept accountability for any actions affecting the account.
Services: All services provided by Grindswap.com are undertaken at your own risk. Possible actions may be taken against your in-game account during or after a service. You bear full responsibility for any such consequences.
Recovery Guarantee
GrindSwap guarantees to help you recover your account for a period of 180 days post-purchase, following the Sythe.org “recovery responsibility” timeline. We will also make every effort to assist with recovery beyond this period, subject to availability and at our discretion.
However, if we detect misuse of our recovery guarantee, such as an attempt to defraud other users, the No-Recovery Guarantee becomes void.
Lost/Stolen Items
You are responsible for any unauthorized access to your in-game accounts. We strongly recommend changing your account’s password and implementing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on both your email and in-game accounts. GrindSwap cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen items due to unauthorized access.
Escrow Service
GrindSwap’s services are not intended to be used as an escrow service. Any attempt to do so may result in a hold on your funds for up to 24 hours for investigation. After this period, The Company will determine whether to refund the payment or proceed with the delivery of the ordered products/services.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. First, check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before refunds are posted.
